Overclocked FX 8350 causes strange speed (time-scale) changes in games.

I have uses Catalyst Control Center to OC my FX 8350 to 4.6 GHz and MSI Afterburner to OC my HD 6850 (MSI R6850 Cyclone) from 775/1000 (i think it should be OC'd by manufacturer to 860/1100, but it seems I got a strange version of it, so I have 775/1000 stock clocks) to 965/1100.
Videocard is pretty OK and stable, and it raises it's voltage from 1.05v @ stock to 1.1v on mine, but I don't think that's enough so the driver crashes sometimes, but it can run 10 mins of furmark fine (temperature raised to 75 degrees though), in games it heats up to approx. 60-68 degrees. BUT the main problem isn't with videocard, but with CPU. When I overclocked it, it ran stable, but when I played Metro 2033 and Crysis 3 (didn't tested with others), that games go like 2x fast-forward (not much FPS increase but stange time-scale increase). My motherboard is GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P. CPU have got Arctic Freezer A30 Cooler and it's temperature didn't rised higher than 58 degrees in Catalyst Autotune. WTF is that speed increase? I also would like to get some videocard OC'ing advices. CPU Voltage is 1.425V.

Solution
With that card you will not see much benefit from CPU overclock like you will with high end cards since the GPU is at its limit.
