Hello, I'm experiencing problems on my laptop. It's a 1 and a half year old Dell Inspiron 3520 (Dunno the specific specs but the processor is an Intel i5-3210M CPU@ 2.50 GHz with 4GB of RAM while the graphics card is an Intel HD Graphics 4000(m); sorry, but I'm not a tech expert. I just copied this from what was put in the System Info). Anyway, I was playing League of Legends on my Laptop when it started working very slowly (Lagging that isn't due to high pings, random freezes in-game, and crashing). This never really happened to me when I was playing LoL before. It only happened very recently (2 days ago). I've been getting hate from those I play with for always dying, but its mostly because of this issue. This also started happening to the other games I play on my laptop. I dunno why it's only affecting my gaming, because anything I do on my laptop that isn't gaming seems to run just fine, if not a little bit slower. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I'd be very grateful.

Solution
The first thing you could try is updating your graphics drivers. Search the intel site for a driver update for HD 4000(m). Another possibility is that your computer is overheating, I had the same problem with trying to play games on an old laptop before.

Thanks man. I updated my graphics driver just like you said. Also went and got myself a laptop fan. Now my games are working just fine. Thanks again.
