I am limited to money and badly need a new gaming pc, so could i run this well?

I get 10 fps on -

PC you listed isn't fast by any means. If that's your budget then it won't be enough to run properly DayZ with decent framerate.

My friend has the same pc and can run DayZ on ultra high at 20-30 fps

There are lots of tutorials on YouTube. It is also optional to get an anti-static wrap.

That CPU is old, it can run ARMA II, but I don't know if it can run it on Ultra settings.

If you are low on budget, I would suggest getting an AMD FX 6300 with a compatible AM3+ motherboard, it cost me less than £180 (Both together)

Look at the benchmark comparison, AMD FX 6300 dominates the AMD Athlon x4 750k by far. If you want even a cheaper CPU than the FX 6300, get an AMD Phenom II X4 965, it requires an AM3 motherboard, and it costs only £20 more than the Athlon x4 750k
