I am trying to format it to work with PS3 PS4 & Ouya but I have a problem it only list format version as NTFS or exPAT what do I do to get it work with them game systems

You can't format a drive for using with a games console using Windows formatting tool as Windows does not include those format types. It only includes format types which are compatible with a PC.

You have to format the drive with the games console you want to use it on, it will be in the console's setup menu.
