Hi, this is a very small and picky taskbar question, and I was wondering if someone could answer this:
When I move icons on the taskbar around, it looks like the animation for the Icon that is being moved away looks like its at a lower fps, especially when I move them fast. It's not like extremely choppy, it just kind of looks like a lower fps. I'm just wondering is this normal and is there a way you can get the fps of a windows desktop?
