Hi there, I know there is already a thread but i wanted this to be a bit more personalized :)

So apart from the above mentioned specs, i have a

Cooler: Noctua u14s (Maintains max 52c on Linpack Full Load) @ Stock Clocks.
PSU: Xigmatek Tauro 600W

So i am also attaching the screenshot (Here: http://imgur.com/WejqteZ ) of the NON-Bios OC Utility that i will prefer to use as opposed to BIOS. But if it comes down to that i have no problem tinkering in the bios as well.

So i have read the guids available. Any tips, recommended settings for this setup?

Solution
Firstly, bios is the best utility for overclocking your CPU.

Your PSU does not look of high quality, so that would be one thing lacking but overclocking is still doable to a point.

your current temps and CPU cooler are very good, So i can say you can get 4.3Ghz nicely, with good temps.

"Your PSU does not look of high quality" really? I brought this one specifically because the little research i did made it out as the highest quality available within my price bracket.... :( Review here: http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Xigmatek-Tauro-700-W-Power-Supply-Review/1594 (700W Variant but insides same as mine)

And by using the the motherboard preset, i am hitting 4.6Ghz with stable OS but slow boot, so i guess i need to get down and dirty in the bios to fix this. Any ideas?

Forgot to mention my ram is G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB in Dual Channel mode with 9-9-9-24

your PSU should be fine, but overclocking is best on high quality PSU's. That said, your PSU is still good enough to do a good overclock on your processor. If loading is slow, but your overclock is good (run prime95 just to be sure), I suggest getting an SSD (120GB), then using that for your boot.
