I'm getting a PC from pcspecialist.co.uk and I'm not sure which CPU to get, i7-4770, i5-4670K or i5-4670, if I got the i7 I would have to get a crappy monitor! Also, I'm not sure if pcspecialist PRE-overclock it, because I don't know how to. I'll be playing games like DayZ, H1Z1 and BF4! PLEASE HELP!

whats the rest of the rig? newer games are making better use of the i7's, but if your GPU is going to bottleneck you anyway, then its a waste of money.

if you have something like a 760/770 or 280x, then you're fine with the i5. the "k" just means it can be overclocked. otherwise it's locked.

your best bet is almost certainly the 4670 and the better monitor.
if you get the 4670k, you'll want to get an upgraded CPU cooler and overclock, which all costs more.

sounds like the 4670 and better monitor is my vote.

This is the rest of it:
AMD R9 280X
8GB of RAM
Gigabyte Z87X-SLI
750W Power.

Drop down to a 650w you don't need a 750w - unless you intend to add another video card at the same time in the future - Save the money. Make sure it is a proper brand though: corsair, antec, seasonic, xfx, etc etc.

Get the 4670k with a hyper 212 evo, get a overclock going. You have a nice z87 mobo! And it's gonna help quite a bit with bf4 and dayz.

It's not hard you can do it yourself as there are a lot of online tutorials and guides specifically for us gigabyte owners. =D
