Asrock Extreme6/ac Fan Headers

Hello everyone, quick question:

Do the two 4pin PWM fan headers on this Asrock motherboard (CPU_Fan and CHA_Fan) both work exactly the same? Can both control the RPM of PWM fans with CPU temperatures through the bios and perhaps speed fan? Thanks.

I have the ex6 non ac board and I thought that the 4 pin was just 4 cpu fans I wondered this my self but realy did not need to use it as a case fan just e-mail asrock and see what they say. in my manual there called cpu1 and cpu2. so I just figured that there not ment to be used for case fans but if there controlled separately what could it hurt??
