where is the power button part !

which part is it where you plug the start button

There is no button on the motherboard to start the computer. You have to short the PWR pins with a screwdriver/ paperclip/ etc.

when i tried putting this mother board in another pc case and i tried to connect the power up button with the mother board but i i cant find the right place to connect it the button wich glows when you start up the pc that thing i cant find where to connect it

You mean the power LED, not the actual button?

I told you. Get that manual and go to page 22. It tell you EXACTLY the pins to connect the button to.
