ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Help

I'll just cut to the case, i have an ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 motherboard and it says it supports usb3.0, but when i plugged my case usb3.0 cable into the motherboard slot 1112 my cases usb3.0 slots dont work. Any ideas? my case is an antec g700
