Need a good but cheap power supply that will let me overclock, eg the CPU to maybe 4,6 Mhz

Please only reply if you can recommend a PSU, I dont need any "replace i7 with i5" or "add SSD", I know what Im doing, just not sure with the PSU.

And what if some people with valuable input only look at one forum?

You fail to comprehend this. Its against the Terms of Service you agreed to to post multiple threads that have to do with the same issue. These are not my rules, they are the sites rules. Dont like it, take it up with them. If you think its not the right forum, flag your own post and ask a mod to move it if it needs to be moved. Pretty simple solution.

Yeah, the bronze, silver, gold etc rating only refers to the efficiency from the wall socket to the power supply. The PSU will only draw the power it needs so if you have a system that needs 80w with a bronze 80+ psu (lets assume it operates at exactly 80%) then the power supply would need to draw 100w from the wall to deliver the 80w through the power supply. Essentially the higher rating will save you some money on your power bill but it may or may not be worth the extra cost for the higher rating.
