For video rendering, you want an awesome cpu, good gpu and 16 gb of ram. When I render videos, my i5 4670k runs at 99.9%. I would say go for i7 4770k, gtx 760, 16 gb 2133mhz of gdd3 ram. The rest of the parts you can choose based on your budget and compatibility to these parts.

Well, here's a build with enough RAM for editing and a strong CPU for some heavy programs. Also a great gpu for gaming, with lots of CUDA cores (if any of your programs can utilize those). I've left enough headroom for any OS you might want to buy, but if you already have the OS, then you should add a "Noctua NH-D14" cpu cooler
