What game requires the most RAM usage?

As the title implies, what game takes up the most RAM usage? Watch_Dog says it takes up 6GB so it made me wonder which game uses the most. Thanks

well, watch dogs also consumes large amounts of vram and if your gpu runs close to its limits that lags spikes will always occur. droping to medium textures size may solve the problem. also since its such new game,optimizations are yet to come!

I doubt the game itself can take up 6 gb of ram. But it's recommended to have atleast 6gb so that the rest of the system can use around 2-3gb for windows and background applications.

Not sure about which game uses the most ram. But 8gb is enough, the prices of ram are expected to increase even more.

the games consuming the most memory are online games. all i have tried exceeded 4gb after several minutes of gameplay.(at max settings, except AA) single player games to also pass the 4gb mark are bf4 and cod ghosts.generally most games (if not all) are playable with 4gb of ram and a dedicated gpu. i have never encountered a game reaching 5gb yet. (minecraft is an exeption due to an ever-evolving enviroment making it very memory-dependant.)with current tech it is difficult to find a game requiring lots of ram cause all textures are loaded in gpu vram which constantly is increasing through generations. in future though as microsoft presented dx feature (tile resources) which will take advantage of physical memory buffer along side with gpu vram then things may change.

I was running Watch Dog with 8GB, and notice a lot of random lag spikes. After upgrading to 16GB, it ran much better, but still some minor lag spikes that I can't explain.
