New build. One beep and then three short, rapid beeps on start up.

I put together my rig yesterday, but when I try to connect it to a monitor, the monitor says no signal. Also when I start it up, it does the beeping described in the title. I tried looking at some stuff online but I can't figure out what the beeping means. I have tried moving my memory to different slots, moving the CMOS jumper back and forth, and re-installing my video card, all to no avail. When I turn on my computer, all of the fans (CPU, Video Card, PCU, and case) go on and my case light goes on as well. I have also made sure that my motherboard is properly in place and that all of the holes are filled with standoffs and screwed in. Here is my build:

  • CPU: AMD FD6300WMHKBOX FX-6300 6-Core Processor Black Edition

    Memory: Kingston Technology HyperX Blu 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM KHX1333C9D3B1/4G

    MOBO: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 HDMI USB

    Video Card: VisionTek 900568 Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5

    Power: EVGA 500W 80PLUS Certified ATX12V/EPS12v Power Supply 100-W1-0500-KR

Case: Thermaltake V3 Black Edition VL80001W2Z

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD SATA 6 gb/s NCQ 16MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal bare Drive ST500DM002

If anyone even has the slightest idea of what's wrong, I'm all ears. From what I have gathered from other websites, it may be a graphics card issue.

As of today I have cleaned the golden finger of the graphics card and the slot and it is still doing the same thing. I also took out the graphics card completely and the same beeping noises were made on start up.

According to my mother board's troubleshooting site, it say that 1 long beep and 3 short beeps is GPU related. On that site you linked it is Video EGA circuitry problem. And yes, this is my first time.
