So for first time this happened to me before 2 days i have the pc from 5 months and from the time i have it i have ac4 so iv'e never had any bugs or glitches in this game only a few like the jackdaw falling or getting stuck in a ship(man o wars principally) So when am in the ocean with the jackdaw and there is a storm when it happens only while raning idk why so when i jump from the deck the game freezes but not the whole pc like sound or programs only the game and when i move the mouse while the freeze last 1-3 sec the monitor starts to smears components gt 640 i5 3350p 8 ram 1600mhz so as i know the low fps is caused from the gpu but i think the lag is getting from the cpu or ram am i right so if someone had that glitch let me know if no just tell me is it from my specs or its from the game btw it not origian its pirated so if its from the pc let me know is it from the cpu ram or gpu!
