Sapphire and AMD Catalyst

I have put in a Sapphire 280x tri-x vapor into my 4770k build. At some time an app called AMD catalyst has installed. Does this conflict /takeover from the Sapphire drivers. I cant find any app apart from a small overclocking and fan control one called Sapphire Tri. Do I use these two together?

AMD catalyst program is the drivers from Amd for your Card you need to install them if it's installed your fine but if it's not you should install it. It's safe but install the ones from their site the only drivers you need is from Amd web site.
