Get the CS series because it's built better. If you check Corsair's website you'll see that they make the power supplies units for different categories of PC builds. Now it depends what your future plans are for your PC, what upgrades do you plan to make. I recently bought a RM750 and i'm happy with it. I chose it for the 5 years warranty (the CX and CS series have 3 years) and because i don't want to worry about the PSU anymore in case of an upgrade. So, between the CX and the CS i strongly recommend the CS, or a higher class from Corsair. As far as i know, many of Corsair's PSU's are actualy made by Seasonic and this is another thing that convinced me to go with Corsair for the power supply.

Yes i am in agreement the more money you pay the better quality you should get i decided to look at corsair because they offer a 3 year warranty which should cover me through the early stages of my build, in future I'm thinking i might put in a budget 2-4gb ddr 3 graphics card, the main board i was looking at was a good old Sniper g1. Rev (3.0) the APU will probably never be upgraded unless the bring out further generations of APU for the socket . I'm still undecided on intel or AMD

Yeah i need a continuous rate power supply as i intended to run i all the time, so nothing max rated that can out perform for a short time but will die under load suddenly and perhaps damage other things, i think all corsairs are continuous rated PSU wattages are they not?
