I want to install OEM Windows 7 on my windows xp pc, but where do I find the driver files for my motherboard and gpu.

From your motherboard and GPU manufacturers web sites. If this is not a custom built system, but an off the store shelf type system, you would go to your system builder's web site for drivers. Note, however, that depending on the age of your system/components, Windows Vista/7 drivers may not be available and it's time to upgrade your hardware. I know. I'm in the same boat with my laptop.
