I am looking for a good graphics card for $200 or less that can work well with my PC, and run good games such as Skyrim, DarkSouls2, and Battlefield 4 on the highest or near highest graphics settings. I have been looking at the AMD Sapphire 7970 and 7950, but I am not sure if these are my best bet, or if there's better cards out there for my budget.

My specs are as follows:
Processor: Intel Core i5-370K CPU 3.40GHz (Quad Core)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6670
RAM: 16 GB
Windows 7
64 bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First off, I am going to assume that you are referring to the i5-3570k. If it is true, I recommend the HD 6670 and getting !~$50. Then get the GTX 760 from EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... Overclock the maximum out of the card and if you are using a single monitor, it will be sufficient.

I was looking around on PCPartPicker today and I saw this ^^

It's cheaper than some R7 260x's and if you have the budget then you can buy two of them and crossfire them. The performance will be amazing and only $30 more than the GTX 760. Now if that's not exactly your cup of tea, then you can just buy a single GTX 760 :)

Yes, I did mean to put 3570k, my bad. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion, but the EVGA card is a little over my budget of $200, I was hoping that maybe you could give your opinion on the sapphire HD 7970 and 7950 because i've been really interested in those but im not sure if they're worth the $200. And also, any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, but the GTX 760 is $50 more than I have available to spend on a card right now. Could you maybe give me other suggestion for or less than $200?

The card I linked to you is only $140 at the moment with MIR's. Without the MIR's it's only $169.99. It's a Powercolor Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition, which (from what I read) is able to run BF4 on Ultra/1080p with 40+ FPS. With the MIR's it is much, much cheaper than an R9 270 and offers extremely similar performance. It also supports AMD's Mantle.
