My graphics card may be messed up but, all drivers are installed and once i boot from windows normally it causes a bluescreen and restarts my computer. I can boot from safe mode. There are aweful glitches on my screen from my graphics card, i don't understand because all my graphics card drivers are installed!

ASUS HD Radeon 7770 2gb
Win 7 64bit

BSOD happens on two common occasions. Either bad and damaged memory on gfx card or bad ram. In either situations BSOD happens because of memory dump or leak / unexpected errors. Since your computer runs and the screen as you say is messed up, most likely its time to get a new graphics card.

When a screen is displayed it loads into your gfx VRAM. If the VRAM is faulty, it will have handling problems and memory on the information gets lost and your gpu will have unexpected handling errors or bad artifacts. BSOD often do not have anything to do with your gpu drivers.

I have tried my GPU on my brother's PC and it was doing the same things, I believe it is a faulty card. Thank you so much!
