Solution
I unselected the current solution because you shouldn't select it until the issue is resolved.

The latest drivers are available at http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Please explain exactly what's going on. Does the controller work or not? If it works and the issue only occurs when the system goes into sleep mode, then follow this procedure:

Click Start, Control Panel, System and Security
Click Device Manager (under System)
Double-clik Network adapters
Double-click the Realtek Network Controller
Select the Power Management tab
Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”

Dear sir
actually my problem is whenever i installed realtak ethernet controller it says that realtak network controller could not found, if deep sleep enabled please plug the cable. I want to know that my system bought for 5 months ago. Within in the days why this happened.? And i can access internet through via pc suite. But i have no connections of broadband. I just want to browse internet. As you told to do, i could not found any realtak ethernet controller. But i'm very sure i installed the driver from motherboard disk. Sometime the driver come out if i rest the bios as to remove ram for sometime. After i while i just restart the system the driver would goes to hide. This is my exact problems. I apologying to you if my english is bad..

I got all working by
1. Set all LAN settings disabled from BIOS
2. Uninstall network adapter device and drivers from Device manager
3. Reboot and set all LAN settings enabled from BIOS and when i logged in, drivers was started install automatically
That's how i solved it.
