I think its the cpu because its the only thing that goes up in temperature. Also I think it might be the motherboard. Reasons, the pc has been loud since I got it. I switched the faulty psu with a better psu that actually works. Now heres the issues. Its not loud, but when I open up a program, like minecraft, or any other type of game, it starts getting crazy loud and I get scared. I know its not my gpu because I literally got 261 fps steady. I am very worried and I dont know what it is. Only the system and cpu gets hot from what it shows me on the gt6 program. What is it. We had issues with the cpu because it make a weird sound, but we rewired and things were back to normal besides the overheating issue. Should I just get a new cpu. I was thinking of downgrading my amd fx 8150 to a fx 6300 since my pc runs very loudly. I have a good psu, its 600 watts.

Doesnt start getting loud untill I open up a few programs, or games.

Corsair Cx 600m wattage
AMD 8150 3.6
Corsair Ram @ 1866Mhz (4 x 4)
GA FXA990 UD3
Asus GTX 750 ti
24x Dvd Writer
1.25tb HDD
250 ssd

Solution
No that is exactly what you are replacing. The stock heatsink and fan are loud and does not cool very well. Once you replace them with a Hyper 212 EVO, it should solve the problem. Your processor should run cool and it should be a lot quieter.

None of the cpu coolers are gonna help. I was seeing what was so noisy and it is my cpu fan. It gets louder and louder and the temp gets bigger and bigger. I dont think any cpu fan can help, I might just have to buy a new cpu because whats going on here is crazy. My temp went from 30 c and started going from 30 increasing all the way to 70-80 celcius. Ill just get a new cpu hoping for the best. I might just down grade to a fx 6300.
