CAT6 latency v.s. CAT5e latency. Is there any difference.

I'm about to build a wired, more stable network in my home. Some of the family members, including me, love to game online every once in a while. And since I aim for a better quality connection, I wonder if using Cat6 cabling will provide lower ping than its Cat5e counterpart. The maximum length in the planned network reached 57 meters (~=187 ft.) and my internet barley reaches 10Mbps downstream and 0.8Mbps upstream.

I know that it won't matter bandwidth wise, but can Cat6 cables help me make the lowest latency possible networking than Cat5e? Budget won't matter to me in this case, if I'm going to have a 1ms better difference I will go for it.

Please and thank you in advance.
