3500$ and no SLI and cpu water cooling? JUST.NO.PLEASE, stay away from that prebuilt if you want to spend the extra 500$ from this custom rig on a vacation or something

Each component from custom rig has at least 2 or 3 years of warranty, and from what I heard, intel even accept warranty on your i7 4770k if it burned due to overclocking. But if you insist on prebuilt, i'd prefer cyberpowerpc, alienware is so overpriced

im just scared i will burn something up, plus having to set up the water cooling set up, and then the trouble shooting after i get it built seems like such a pain..

if you scared of screwing up the setup, just get a local PC builder, pay him to build your pc
3 months ago, if I hadn't go to this forum I would have gotten myself a Alienware X51, now I have a custom build and when I looked at the X51 I feel like it would be my biggest mistake in my whole life if I bought that prebuilt

Let's make a small comparision here:
1. CPU: Aurora wins (4820K > 4770K)
2. Mainboard: My custom rig wins hands down (Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H > Some noname mobo)
3. RAM: My custom rig wins (4x8 GB Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR3 at 1866 MHz > Some noname 4x8GB DDR3 at 1600 MHz)
4. Storage: My custom rig wins (250 GB SSD + 1TB HDD > 3 TB HDD at boot time and overall performance)
5. GPU: My custom rig smokes the Aurora away (2 GTX 780 TIs SLI obviously > 2 GTX 780 SLI)
6. Case: Aurora wins IMO
7. PSU: My custom rig wins (Corsair HX850 gold-certified > Some noname PSU)
8. Bloatwares: Aurora wins (LMAO)
9. Warranty: My custom rig wins (EVERY COMPONENT warranty > No warranty at all)
10, Cooling: My custom rig wins (CPU water cooling and 140mm fans from Corsair)

And that, my friend, is 8 reasons why prebuilt is inferior to custom build, not to mention custom rig can be upgraded into haswell refresh and DDR4 ram later. Cutting the SSD, warranties and still more expensive, just stay away from prebuilt - that's my suggestion
