Can I Overclock FX-6300 and R9 270x?

hey guys i was wondering if i could overclock the fx-6300 and r9 270x because i want i a little more fps for recording bf4 on ultra. my psu is corsair cx 500w, i know its not that good. and i have a cpu cooler hyper 212 evo that has a fan obviously, and 1 case fan. so can i overclock? thanks

Install the first 2. Open them. Then run the last one. Monitor temps and clock closely. You should not exceed 60C.

If you are that unfamiliar with all of what I am saying it would really be better that you don't overclock. Especially not on a system that i not meant to do so.

Hmmm ok that board is not something I would overclock on either.
I would strongly suggest you avoid OCing BUT...

Run prime95 while you monitor temps and CPU clock. Lets see what results you get and how stable your system is at stock.

POst all the results.
