intel iris pro 5200 is good for gaming???

Intel hd graphics are getting pretty good now days, but your separate HD 6570 2GB DDR3 is still edging it.

I think the iris pro 5200 will easily beat 6570 ddr3. The HD 4600 performance is between the Richland A6 and A8 igpu performance (see anandtech article) so i think iris pro will match Richland A8 at least but unfortunately i cannot find any benchmarks to prove it.

This is a late post, but I have had a MacBook pro late 2011 for a long time, the AMD Radeon, is a bad graphics card, it freezes and runs hot, when I switch to Intel hd 3000, it's smooth, now I have updated to the newest 2014 the Intel iris pro graphics are unbelievable, no complaining.
