Corsair 200r hdd led?

As I am building my first computer i ran into a little wire called the hdd led. I heard that leds are wires you cant put in backwards and on my 200r the way they distinguish between negative and positive is with a arrow on the left side of the plastic head of the wire. Which way is positive and negative and how do I put it in correctly?

Do you have a socket on the motherboard labeled as JFP1? If you do, there should be two rows of pins. In the bottom row all the way to the left is where it should be plugged in. Make sure the arrow on the HDD LED is on the left side of the connector before plugging it in.
