i want to know if a radeon 7870 2gram gdr5 pci express 3.0 will fit in my pciexpress16 of my motherboard.
IF yes, will it be slowed ?
i need a new praphic card and search for the best bang for the bucks AND still fitting on my motherboard.
and if your in da mood, ( but its less important ) i'll need a new harddrive, any suggestions ? ( search low cost and stability over performance if it can help you )

It will work. I have GPU with PCIE 3.0. on Motherboard with PCIE 2.0. There is no difference in PCIE 2.0 and 3.0 in therms of performance.

About HDD, get Western Digital Caviar Blue or Seagate Baracuda

Your motherboard has a PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot, so yes it is compatible with the 7870.

Just make sure your case can fit it and the power supply has enough power to run it.
