Looking for a graphics card below 6000 rupees

Suggest me a graphics card below 6000...i want to play games at medium or high settings
My pc config is
intel i3-2100
intel DH61WW motherboard
4gb ram
500 gb hd
currently i own a hd 5450....

6000 Rupees won't get you a GPU that'll run on high settings for modern games, but will do medium ok at 1080p or under.

I will strongly suggest looking for a ATI Radeon HD 7770/GHz, it will be over 6000 Rupees (shouldn't be by a huge amount) but is the best card out there for the price. It is also supported by your system and won't bottleneck with your CPU, your PSU should most defiantly power it, just make sure it is greater then 300W, 12v and 18A.

get a second hand gtx 750 or something...ar an hd7770....6000 rupee gpu is not worth it...save some more money and buy a proper gpu...like the r9 270

Get them, but don't get the DDR3 versions. Get GDDR5, they're much faster.
