HIS HD 7850 Overclock?

Hi guys, i'm really skeptical about my new overclock settings for my HIS HD 7850 2 gig graphic card. Stock settings are around 875/1200. I've boosted those settings up using MSI afterburner to 1050/1300. My idle temperatures are around 40 c and under load it goes to 75 c with fan speed at 100% (tested by playing one 15 minute match of battlefield 4). The gameplay was stable and no artifacts or crashes occurred

Now what i'm worried about is, would these settings degrade my gpu in the longrun? and is this overclock harmful for the gpu? The temperature under load reached around 79 c so I changed my fan settings to increase fan speed when it reaches the 70 c mark.

Any help would be appreciated

yes it most certainly will, it will last longer then two years, without loosing much performance, as CPU's are quite reliable.
