Are you satisfied with the fps and graphical quality you are getting? If you are, don't upgrade. If not, get a better GPU, that CPU is easily powerful enough for modern games. If you want a significant upgrade, get the GTX 780 as the card you have now is somewhat equal to the GTX 760. Or you could SLI if you can find a GTX 670 on sale seeing as your motherboard and power supply support it.

What are you wanting to do with this computer?
Edit:
Just missed the firs response...

I agree with Eduello though, the GPU is the only thing that may need an upgrade. In addition, if your OS is not currently on an SSD you might think about that too.

That rig is absolutely fine. You don't need any upgrades. If you want a little more performance to ooze out of it, overclock.

Well it's around the same price as the GTX 760 so the price is not bad, but what site/store is that card from?

Seems like a good deal. While SLI necessarily doesn't double your horsepower, it will give you a lot better performance. Two 670s should beat the 780 if the game scales well with SLI. Games that don't scale well with SLI usually don't need that much performance anyway.

That simply means it has been used in testing or display purposes or has been returned by a customer. After this it has been tested and repaired (if necessary) so it should be almost as good as new.

Go for the SLI setup. Even though it's generally better to have a single more powerful GPU, your entire system (motherboard, PSU) is ready for SLI and therefore doing SLI would cost significantly less than getting a new GTX 780 (Ti).

would you go for sli eduello and how easy is it, do I have to install drivers for the second card or do I go into NVidia control panel and select sli ? when the second card is plugged in!

I am actually planning on doing SLI myself.

Enabling SLI:

"1) With the machine off and the power cable unplugged from the PSU, Install the new card without the SLI bridge
2) Re-attach power cable and Power on/Start up
- This will let the OS and Nvidia drivers recognize the second card.
3) Shutdown
4) Install the SLI bridge
5) Power on/Startup
6) Go into Nvidia Control Panel under '3D Settings'-'Set SLI and PhysX configuration' and the 'SLI Configuration' section choose 'Maximize 3D Performance' then click the 'Apply' button"
