I was searching for a $800 PC and I found that gtx 760 was only $249 while its around $295 (in dollars) here in the Philippines its really high price difference so I found Johnny Air Cargo where you can shop in US online stores such as Newegg and Amazon and deliver it to there stations in New York and shipping it here in Philippines, since its $800 gaming pc I'm looking for a small factor like Bitfenix Prodigy.
Here are their terms:
Electronics and other taxable items(minimum chargeable weight of 2 lbs)
$6.50/lb + $5 handling fee + 12%vat
Additional charge for customs duties and other taxes:
$25- iphone/ipad/ipod touch/tablet/amazon kindle/google nexus phone/blackberry/e-readers
$50- laptop/mini-laptop.
$25- couture/bags and other high-valuable item worth of $500 and above
Chargeable weight will be computed by volumetric weight or actual weight, whichever is higher.
Volume weight: L”xW”xH” divided by166 to get the number of pounds.
In-transit time, it takes 5-7 working days.
Above rates are inclusive of customs duties and taxes.
So if I will order a fully loaded PC it will be more expensive in shipping ?
