Did I miss anything from this build like a sound card compatible with direct X or a sound card at all? Also did I miss anything else?
And also how do you get a wireless connection from you built pc

Thanks

Solution
Basically ram has a voltage that is needed to run it and you may run into issues if you put ram over 1.5v (+/-5%) into an intel cpu motherboard (for the most recent generation). Since the CPU runs at 1.5v if you had ram that ran at 1.65v then either your cpu would be over voltage or the ram would be running under voltage.

Here are some ram sets that are 1.5v:
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£61.94 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £61.94

Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory (£62.90 @ Aria PC)
Total: £62.90

For the power supply, modular/non-modular is totally up to you. All modular means is that the cables are detachable, so you would only plug...

2 things:

1. Your ram is probably not 1.5v ram since there are very few ram sets that run at 1.5v over 1866mhz (most seem to be 1.65v, which is not recommended for the Haswell Cpus). Double check to make sure that your ram is 1.5v

2. The corsair CX series is corsair's budget psu and has some lower quality components (chinese capacitors), you should try to find something from XFX, Seasonic, or the Corsair AX/HX/TX series (no RM/CX/CS/VS series)

Edit: About the sound card, you will not need one for normal usage, the motherboards sound is actually really good and you would probably need a 50-100+ sound card to beat its quality in a significant way. Now, if you need some particular sound related sockets for sound recording or something then that would be a different story.

For the power supply, modular/non-modular is totally up to you. All modular means is that the cables are detachable, so you would only plug in the cables that you need. A non-modular would have all of the cables permanently attached to the PSU so it is a bit messier in the case. Semi modular has some hardwired, some detachable.

Some power supplies:

Non-Modular
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£59.34 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £59.34

Semi Modular:
Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£69.67 @ Aria PC)
Total: £69.67

Fully Modular:
Power Supply: XFX XTR 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£81.46 @ Dabs)
Total: £81.46

600w+ is enough for a system with a single gtx 780. If you plan to SLI (dual GPU) another gtx 780 in the future then you would need 750w minimum, I would recommend 850w though.
