Solution
^Probably the best option: CPU+MB first, then the graphics upgrade: Card prices tend to vary more than CPU/MB so in a couple of months you'll be able to grab a better deal. Probably.
And yes, the CM power supply is OK, not great, but still OK.
Consider adding a better CPU cooler during the upgrade as well, the FX series can overclock nicely if you have a mind to do so.

What is the CPU? If it is a new i3 it might be alright, otherwise upgrade the CPU first. As you are on a budget, take the 8320, not the 8350. The 8350 is an OC'ed 8320... You can OC it yourself and save some money.

Why the CPU first? well, because the 280x will cause an enormous bottleneck which won't make it worth buying unless you are going to buy a new CPU soon after. Normally I'd recommend people to buy a new GPU first, but if your CPU is very old it might just be useless.

Motherboard isn't really relevant as the intel MB will never be able to hold a FX 8350 =).
The PSU might be important as you will have to upgrade it probably when buying the 280x.

The OP just says an 'Intel Dual Core' that covers several options, if it's a late 'board he may be able to drop an updated CPU in, if it's an old LGA 775 'board he'll need a replacement to support a Intel CPU upgrade, hence my question.
And yes, I'm aware that an Intel 'board won't support an AMD CPU. ;)
