I would like recommendation for a CPU (AMD/Intel) for heavy gaming, graphic design such as adobe Photoshop and video recording and editing.
PC budget is about 1000

Get the i7-4770k, it fits your needs perfectly.
There are better options but then you will be looking at intel extreme series (very expensive).
