I did a fresh install of Windows 8.1 pro(64 bit) on a cousin's desktop. Unfortunately, they don't have a working internet connection. So I'll have to download it on my laptop and then install it for them. How(or where) do I find out what updates I'll need to download? You know, like is there some sort of software that I could use? (Like WSUS Offline Update for installing Windows updates)

I dunno if this might help, but I ran CPU-Z and here's the report

Thanks a ton.

If there is a Biostar motherboard, go to biostar.com. Look around for that particular model.
Same for the GPU, etc.

OH. Well, thank you..I guess that would do it. I'm gonna download all the drivers listed there and see what I'm gonna need next week I go there xD

Personally, I wouldn't. None of those driver update things work as well as just getting the driver(s) from the manufacturer.

Have you tried it? It gives you links to download the drivers from the manufacturer's site, I suppose..
Plus, here, I was not sure what driver(s) the system was missing, or needed updating

I've not tried that one specifically. But if it just gives you links to the manufacturers websites, what additional benefit is it giving you?
I can just go there directly on my own. No 3rd party in the middle.

Well, first, "I was not sure what driver(s) the system was missing, or needed updating". Second, it saved me a lot of time. All I had to do was open the .html file generated by it (from the computer with no internet connection) in my laptop(with an internet connection) and click on 'download' from the appropriate manufacturer.
