OK sorry guys i am really not sure as to where and put this thread.

My friend is having an issue. He uses dual monitors Runs windows 8 has a really strong pc set up. He is having an issue we have been trying to figure out for some time. He has a dual monitor set up one screen is bigger then the other is smaller . The smaller screen is his native screen. When he has something on both of the screens his small screen lags really hard unless the program is in full screen Vise versa. The thing is he likes a lot of stuff in windowed mode so this is really fustrating. . We have been searching all over different forums and sites but can not find a solution. Any help would be appreciated

Solution
I found solutions to something related to your friend's problem in Windows 8. Follow those steps and see if they solve the issue:

Solution:

Step #1 Load your media player or background application.
Step #2 Enter Task Manager.
Step #3 Fine your media player of background application.
Step #4 Select "go to details"
Step #5 Now on your background application under details right click it and select "Set priority"
Step #6 Now set the priority to above normal or higher.
Step #7 Load your game or application of choice.
Step #8 Within your application or game change the graphics settings so its no longer "full screen" but in "full screen (windowed mode).
Step #9 Enjoy your issues should be solved.

Hello Miau Cloud,

I'm the owner of a dual monitor setup, one of the monitor is bigger than the other.

So your friend is running the same program on both screens? Since one screen is bigger, the resolution has to be downgraded to match the smaller screen resolution. It sounds like a graphic card issue, what graphic card does your friend use? And what channels are being used? VGA? HDMI?
What about adapters such as VGA to HDMI, etc, that might be the issue.

I have the same problem and have found that only the non-primary monitor lags. If you change the second monitor to primary does the first one lag instead?

It's not related to fullscreen because it lags even on the desktop.
