power supply for Gigabyte r9 270x

was wondering if my psu can work with gigabyte r9 270x. it got 4 12v rails with 18 amp each , but it got 2X6 pin pci connector in same wire on single rail, will it be fine. Or i can use other cable and use converter 6pin conter to power it, here are the specs of my psy.

i'm cofuse that they said that they put both 6 pin connecters comming from psu are in same wire, and they mention that its comming from a sigle 18A rail. so i can use both of em at same time to power gpu, will it safe, it will be best to use converter with other cables?
