You should get this one instead because:
1. The case has a fan controller itself
2. Faster ram
3. More space for SSD
4. 760w+Platinum certified PSU (you'll need more power as you overclock)
5. Better motherboard for higher overclocks
6. This build is cheaper, but that's because I didn't add extra case fans as I don't find them necessary. If you want to you can find some Cougar, NZXT, and Corsair case fans.

I would choose the r9 290 over the r9 290x because the FPS difference is only around 5 in a lot of games and it's like $150 cheaper.
