Strange artifact when gaming

Hi,

Got a weird issue going on when playing games. With certain games (i.e. DayZ , New Vegas and sometimes CS:GO on max settings) some strange artifact occurs. The framerate and fluidity seems fine even whilst this is happening but Fluro jagged artifacts will flash across the screen intermittently and cause this kind of thing "http://tinypic.com/player.php?v=2ujnojo&s=6" (BUT 1/4 as large & fluro colours). Most of the time though the games run fine BUT intermittenly certain game environmental textures will go completely solid fluro i.e. bushes or buildings (most noticeable in DayZ) and this can be accompanied by crashing.

It's quite random really, but definitely is associated with crashing and can sometimes make games unplayable, but still annoying/concerning.

My system specs:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 2x4GB G-SKill Sniper DDR3 RAM 1600Hz Gigabyte GTX760 2GB OC
