Second opinions meaning you've already asked once?
Have you had suggestions for a different Power Supply?

Also, and I'm not an expert, but that looks like a reference graphics card (one cooling fan?) maybe pick an ACX cooler? I'm told the reference cards are LOUD.

The RAM also looks quite expensive, what is it that you are paying for there?

Also, I don't know if you CAN remove the drive bays as PCpartpicker requires for the graphic card length. It doesn't look like it...you want to be sure of that before buying...

It will work fine, you dont have to remove drive bays, you just won't be able to install a hdd directly behind the video card.

Looks solid but i think you are going overboard with the CPU. Personally i would either get an 8350 or an I5 and use the money saved to maybe get a 780Ti or a solid R9-290X

Oh interesting, is that because they are mounted forwards instead of side on?

as it is for 1080p gaming i dont see any reason to get 780ti. And 780 and r9 290x are just about the same, but i like nvidia more.
