I don't understand much about the technical details of my PC, but here's what I got from the Device Manager on the control panel and computer properties:

ACPI x86 based PC,
Display adapter: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
DVD/CD-ROM drives: Magic ISO Virtual DVD-ROM0000, TSSTcorp CD/DVDW SH-S182D ATA device.
Monitor: Generic PnP monitor
Processors: 2 Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz
Storage controllers: MagicISO SCSI Host Controller
System manufacturer: Gigabyte
32bit OS
Windows 7 Ultimate, Service Pack 1

Will this power supply: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx430
and the GeForce GTX 650 graphics card fit my PC?

And will it be enough to play games at a good framerate on medium settings? (Games like War Thunder, World of Tanks, Civilization V, etc.)

Bro you have to remove your cabinet side panel and check whether your motherboard has a PCIe x16 slot....It should be there for your graphics card to fit in....
You can refer this link :

And regarding the corsair cx430 psu of your computer case is a mid-tower as mentioned above you should have no problems....
Just to be on the safer side open your cabinet and measeure the dimensions of your current psu and compare that with the corsair one and check whether they vary by much.....If not you should be good to go....

IF U HAVE DOUBTS PLEASE FEEL FREEEEEE TO ASK....
