I am using a computer with blu ray player to watch 3d movies and play 3d games on my gtx 770 video card. I find that the monitor I am using now is too small to enjoy the 3d movies I watch. A friend suggested using a 3d television, but seeing as I want to connect it to my computer, we are not sure how this will work. I am assuming that I would have to use the Nvidia 3dTV play software, which is fine, but I am not sure if all 3d Televisions support it, so could someone tell me what features I need to look for that would suggest it would work.
Please note, due to the fact that most of my 3d viewing is 3d blu ray content, I am willing to consider buying a stand alone solution, but ANY post which even mentions an AMD product will be ignored. Sorry if that is rude, but I have had bad experiences with AMD products, and now I am a dedicated Nvidia fan boy for life.
