GTX 660 SLI or GTX 770 for 1440p

Hey guys, I currently have a single EVGA FTW GTX 660 2gb and a 1440p monitor and have some money to upgrade. I can't really afford a 780 even if I sell my current card, but I could afford a 770 2GB or just buy another 660 and SLI, which would be the better option?

Yeah I've got a decent system, 750w seasonic gold and Z87 UD3H. Suprisingly the 660 handles 1440p relatively well but wondering what the best choice would be for the long run, I realize I'm not gonna be maxing everything out either way and that's fine.

I've been playing modded skyrim and get 30-40fps, Crysis 2 40fps,

Crysis 2- Everything on High -Ultra 1440p
Skyrim Modded with 2K textures, 16xAF, Ultra settings 1440p

I don't play a ton of games but everything I've tried plays in high settings with at least 30fps. Keeping in mind I also have a 4770k and 16GB of RAM.
