I bought a 4gb crucial Ram stick for my Acer Aspire v3 771g 6814. I know using only one puts it in single channel, however every time i try to use the three sticks in any configuration i get a black screen. Only when i use two sticks (i tried using the crucial and one from my laptop originally) will my laptop boot and work. So does this mean i need to spend the $40 for the other 4gb stick? Or is there something else i can try to get these three sticks working?
