Looking for the best Motherboard Cpu match for my system

Hi guys,

I'm looking to build a video production system. I will mainly capture, edit, render and convert video and music.
I'm using Adobe software, Premiere, after Fx, photoshop but also Davinci Resolve. It will be also use for streaming Live event on the web.

Now I have a $3000 budget and it's tight with my equipment selection. Can you help me make my mind.

First I'm hesiting between I7 4770k on Asus Z87 expert or deluxe dual. (dula seems to have a lot of complain on newegg) Or I7 4930k on Asus X79 Deluxe.

Memory wise I waqs looking at G Skill trident X 32gb DDR3 1600 cas 7 or 2400 cas 11 (about the same price) Not sure waht is best for theses MBs.

I'm going to run the system on a Samsung SSD EVO PRO.

My GPU would be ASUS DirectCU II GTX780TI-DC2OC-3GD5 GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB
It<s expansive but I look into two GTX 770 SLI and it was more expansive + the fact that I could add another GTX 780 ti later.
BTW this card is 11inch long and I dont know if it will fit in the case I wanted (Define R4 Artic white)

PSY would be Corsair HX850

CPU fan Cooler master hyper 212

I would appreciate sharing your knowledge with me on this.

I heard that thr 4930k was faster in rendering video so you seem to thing that the 4770K will do as fast for edting video?
What motivate you in favor of the 4770k over the 4930k for this workstation.
As for the motherboard, how important is it to have Thunderbolt on board. The board you sugget has great review but contrairy to the Z87 deluxe dual there is no Thunderbolt. I just want to make sure that if I need thunderbolt in the next year or so I can add it.

For rendering 4770k is good too, X79 platform is 3 years old and it will be outdated by X99 platform which should come in Q3 this year.
And I think "Thunderbolt" is not needed in these days

Hi I just saw a youtube video about building a Hackintosh on a system with a 4930k that compete with a 8 core mac for much less money.

My question is this. In your opinion is it possible to create a dual boot and make a Hackintosh as well as a PC workstation with one of theses two suggested system?
