I have an AMD fx-6100 oc'ed to 4Ghz @1.336 v core and x17.5 multiplier with 230FSB and HT link @2.75Ghz. My socket temperatures idle around 45c when idle and core temp around 28c.
My system specs are:
MSI 970A G46 Motherboard
CM 431 plus case with front and bottom 120mm fans and rear and top exhaust 120mm fans
CM Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler
Corsair VS650 PSU
Kingston Hyperx Blu 4x2Gb 1600MHz RAM
Sapphire AMD HD7950 Vapor-x 8x2 power connector oc'ed to Clock @1100Mhz and Memory @1350Mhz with stock voltages and +20% Board Li power Max temps @ 60-65
And VRM temps around 70'ish.

That looks pretty good. Load temps are 60-65C? Is that socket or core temps? I would probably lower your numbers a little bit, because 45C idle is a bit high, especially with a 212 EVO.

Those 60-65 are gpu core temps with mild gaming like Ridge Racer Unbounded and I am using CM IC Essential E2 Thermal compound. Recently I did some fan settings droped temp to 42-43 c idle socket temperature.
(EDIT)My idle core temps are around as low as 26c and as high as 30c when idle. Near to 0-3%CPU usage.
