Almost always your OS drive is allocated the drive letter C. Sorry I do not know the fix but I bet it has something to do with that. Good luck and sorry again!

You have Windows on a drive other then c: ? that could be a issue!

C: is just the drive name I can rename the drive to anything I want :p

B: drive is NOT valid. A/B is still reserved for Floppy and C is the standard for a internal drive (HDD or SDD). That might be a source of the issue there right off as alll coding is for C drive normally for 'where do I access OS'

Otherwise do the basics:

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.
Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update
Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVAST! or AVG and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials.
Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.
Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Download and run SPECCY, copy and paste the first tab to show your idle temps
Download and run MSI Afterburner, run some of the games that crash, what temps are you getting when underload?
Open Computer, Can Air dust out the bunnies and use paint brush on the vents, coolers, fans, etc.

Many people have removed Norton and found that the version they were using was getting in the way of files loading (the security features) which then cause instability in the system. I would suggest you remove it, and install either AVG or AVAST and run a Full sweep on it and see if there is still a issue. Worse, you can just reinstall Norton back on.

Norton, AVG, etc. All are not best at finding Malware, hence the need for Malwarebytes to scan and remove the stuff as well.
Please follow ALL the steps I outlined and provide results of each. Many times these are the keys.

What is your PSU? Your temps looks good, and I am still worried about your B drive, that will cause instability as noted.

I tried this, and said I had 12 issues, so maybe that's it, I don't wanna disable Norton just yet, because I've had Norton forever and this issue is recent.

Can I tell my problem from the error message?

Best solution

AC is not that reliable, and often causes more problems then fixes (messing with reg unnecessarily, removing 'unused files' then are missing later that the OS needed, etc.). All solutions I am providing are FREE, and have a lengthy background of performing exactly as warranted.

Again I would suggest either Malwarebytes or Ad-Aware to remove all the malware on the system. Also please follow ALL the steps I outlined as they constantly work when people use them all to get a system into what we call a 'base model' to work from, that isn't MASKED by other issues (as these would resolve).

Not really. One the error message requires a Memory Dump Reader and you have to be a actual Engineer to understand the code language feed back to START diagnosing the issue (it doesn't point to ERROR HERE >> Fix this) then work out the problem BEFORE even thinking of the solution. Secondly the biggest issue with Microsoft is many times the errors are 'GENERIC' errors, so it mean yeah there is a error... and that is it, there was a error.

These steps starts the steps to resolve this. If your uncomfortable with the 'basics' then please bring it to a Mom and Pop IT store for service.
