I have an intel I7 4770k cooled by a corsair H60 water loop, OC to 4.1 on (what I think is) stock voltage. I recently applied antec formula 7 thermal paste and while running evga's OC scanner cpu burner my temp is at 81C and seems to be holding steady at 81. Is this a normal temp for a burner? Also, will I see temps like this in gaming applications? If I will, is this a safe temp to sustain without significantly degrading my CPU?
Update: running at a comfortable 73 under stress now with extreme fan profile. this seems more acceptable to me, am I right?
