My new msi 760 graphics card is producing low fps

i have just recently upgraded my 660 graphics card to a 760 and that required me to also get a new cx600m psu. even with these improvements i am playing games at a very low fps. i had higher fps on the 660 than i do on the 760 can anyone help me?

What CPU do you have?
And have you connected both power cables to your new card? The 660 only requires one, but the 760 requires 2 connectors.

4100 is a bit of a slow processor. Is your CPU usage maxed out in games?

Its time for a new CPU i am afraid as your current CPU is bottlenecking that sweet 760.Upgrade to an FX6300 and your fps will greatly increase.Update your Bios also.
